We do not collect your card, UPI PIN or banking password. Payments are handled by the payment service used on the website.

• Process your registration and confirm your eligibility
• Manage trials, player selection, teams and matches
• Contact you about schedules, payments and league updates
• Maintain tournament records and player performance details
• Keep the league safe and prevent false registrations

For players below 18, we may ask for consent from a parent or guardian.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share only the information required with:

• ICF organisers, selectors, team officials and match officials
• Service providers helping with payments or communication
• Government or legal authorities when required by law

Selected player names, photographs, team details and match performances may be shown on official ICF platforms.
