Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration payments are processed through the payment service available on the website. A registration is complete only after the payment is successful and a confirmation is received.

If a failed payment is debited from your account, contact your bank or payment provider. Any automatic reversal will follow their processing time.

All successful payments are final. ICF does not provide a refund or cancellation after registration is completed.

No refund will be given if a player is not selected, withdraws, enters incorrect information, misses trials or matches, is disqualified, or cannot attend because of personal reasons.

The registration fee is charged for processing the player's application and participation in the selection process. Paying the fee does not guarantee selection in a team.

Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be moved to another player or a future season.
